Pricing
All prices on the shop is including danish tax.
Payment of all orders are done via payments cards either handled by Shopify Payments or PayPal.
Shipping
All orders placed on www.ecosparkles.co are handled twice a week and shipped out from our storage in Denmark. We ship out primarily on Mondays and Thursday. We ship with the Nordic postal company PostNord who handle both national and international shipping. After shipping you will receive an email from us with a link to your tracking number.
The company's product responsibility
All our products are made, tested and approved for cosmetic use. We are covered by a legal product insurance that covers in case of of personal harm after use of our products. We are also licensed sellers of Bio-glitter® who guarantee safe usage of the products. Our glitter is produced for cosmetic use, for use on skin, hair, nails and lips and are not made for ingesting, please do not add the products to be used in consumption.
Returns
You can return the products to us within 2 weeks from receiving your order. Please see return policy here

Any complaints about our products would be welcomed via email on info@ecosparkles.dk where we always will do our very best to accompany in finding a common solution. Should this not be possible we recommend contacting the 'Online Dispute Resolution Center' on www.ec.europe.eu
