When you purchase products from EcoSparkles store, you provide us some personal information such as name, email address, home address and phone number, we collect these data to complete your purchase and ship your order. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your used devices internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system, this leads to a better shopping experience for you as our system that way can amend to fir your device.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.



When you complete your purchase with a credit card, then our credit card processding partner STRIPE store and information. This is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

The information will only be stored for as long as it takes to complete the transaction. When transaction has been completed the information is deleted and only the information necessary to refund money will be stored in a safe database.
